HOW CAN YOU PLACE AN ORDER?

HOW DOES THE DELIVERY PROCESS WORK?

Once our system processes your order, each product is thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

WHAT DO I DO IF THE PAYMENT HAS FAILED?

PACO MADAMO takes 48hrs to confirm an order. If an order has not been confirmed within the prescribed time, please raise a query at the Support Forum or contact us at +91 8007878781. Monday to Saturday, between 9am to 6pm.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND FOR THE ORDER CANCELLED?

We initiate the refund for cancellations once we receive an email or verbal (over the call) confirmation from your end. Call us at + 91 8007878781, Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 6pm. The credited amount will reflect in your account within 7-14 business days.

WHERE WILL THE REFUND BE CREDITED?

The refund amount will be credited to the source bank account, in case of a prepaid order. When you cancel a Cash on Delivery order, we ask for the account details where you would like the amount to be credited.

WHAT AMOUNT WILL I BE REFUNDED IF I USED A COUPON CODE WHILE PLACING MY ORDER, BUT HAVE TO CANCEL?

For any cancelled order, the refund amount will be equal to the amount paid by you i.e. excluding the savings through coupon codes.

WHAT IS Paco Madamo CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellation before shipment: If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at info@pacomadamo.com or call us on +91 8007878781 between 9AM and 6PM India time, Monday to Saturday. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 7-14 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

Cancellation post shipment: Please note that we don’t entertain any cancellation requests for orders that have already been shipped.

ARE THERE ANY CANCELLATION CHARGES?

There are no cancellation charges if the order hasn’t been shipped from our warehouse, in case if the order has already been shipped we’ll not be able to cancel it. Please reach out to us at info@pacomadamo.com to notify us if you want to cancel or change your order. There will be a deduction of actual shipping charges levied by courier company from the amount paid by you.
