1. Return Policy:
* The return must be initiated within 7 days of the original purchase.
* The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
* Customized or personalized cases are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.
* All purchases made under sale are considered final, and we do not provide refunds or accept return requests for these items.
* To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details.
* The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse. If unable to do so, we can arrange a pickup at an additional cost of Rs. 200/-, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Exchange Procedure:
* If you wish to exchange the case for a different model or category please contact our customer care team to initiate the exchange process.
* You can exchange your order for a product that is of the same price or lower without any additional payment. If you select a product with a higher price than the original one, you will need to pay the remaining amount to cover the price difference. If you choose a product with a lower price than the original item, we offer you store credit for the difference amount.
* Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of placing the order. You can use this credit towards future purchases from our website.
* An additional exchange fee of 100 INR applies for shipping the product back to your address. You can choose to pay this amount through a secure payment link that we will provide. Alternatively, you can opt for our Cash on Delivery (COD) service, and the fee will be collected when the exchanged product is delivered to your address.
* Return Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the product back to us at your expense. Please make sure to securely package the item to prevent any damage during transit.
* Pickup and Delivery Option: Alternatively, we can arrange a pickup and delivery service for your exchanged product for a fee of 200 INR. Our team will schedule a convenient pickup time with you.
* Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase.
* The item to be exchanged must be unused and in original blue box packaging intact.

3. Refund Process:
* Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5-7 days.
* If you received the product with any manufacturing defects, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note, we document detailed visuals of all products before dispatch. Any defects found to be intentionally caused will not be eligible for returns, and the company reserves the right to cancel such requests.

* For general returns, the refund will be issued as store credit, which can be used within a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.


4. Damaged or Defective Products:
* At Paco Madamo, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps to report the issue:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@pacomadamo.com immediately upon receiving the product.
Provide Proof: Share clear images of the damaged or defective product along with an unboxing video highlighting the defect.
Replacement Process: Based on product availability, we will arrange a replacement for the defective item. If the product is unavailable, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.

Please note:
Unboxing videos and clear images are mandatory for claims processing.
All claims must be reported within 48 hours of product delivery.
Replacements will only be considered for manufacturing defects, not for damage caused after delivery.

We recommend you to kindly pack the returned product to avoid any damage during transit. We are not responsible for any damage incurred during the return shipping process.

5. Cancellations and Modifications:
At Paco Madamo, we are committed to providing exceptional products and services. We understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel your order. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy below:

 1. Order Modification:
* If you need to make changes to your order (e.g., change the shipping address, add or remove items), please contact us within 2-3 hours of placing the order.
* We will make every effort to accommodate your request for order modifications within this time frame. However, we cannot guarantee changes for orders that have already been processed for shipment

 2. Order Cancellation Before Shipment:
*  You have the option to cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order details.

 3. Order Cancellation After Shipment:
* If your order has already been shipped from our warehouse, you are obligated to accept the delivery upon its arrival.
* If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, it will be treated as a return or exchange request. Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for detailed instructions.
